this is the most important one!!.. healthy tips: never let the sun burn your skin! many people judge other by looking how bright their skin..
well maybe it represent how much do you take care of it?
well there are many kinds of skin
1.hard skin :
easly died,so it become hard,and i can be cracked
ex : on your heels
how to solve it?
-.daily treatment : use the heels creem before go to bed,and use sock to make it moisture
then in the morning,your heels will be soft as baby heels,LOL
-.weekly treatment : use your bathsalt if you have but if you don't, it is okay to use salt.
first,put the baby oil in to the warm water,then add the bathsalt.
after it mixed,dip your foot,and rub it with the bathsalt,then wait for it
after that rub your heels with hard stone,to take off the death skin
then use baby oil after wash it
2.medium skin :
it is located all around your body,except the hard skin and the soft skin
-.daily treatment : you MUST take a bath AT leAst 2 times a day,to keep your body clean
,dont forget to use body cream,according ,where are you.
* dry place,humid and hot place : use the high oil cream in the morning,then use NO oil added cream in afternoon,then use the medium oil cream before sleep.
(the high oil cream will be melted if you use it in the middle of the day)
*humid and cold place : you should use medium oil cream in the whole day,except night,you must use the high oil cream
high oil cream : body butter
medium oil cream : body moisturizer
low oil cream : body mist
-.weekly treatment : *rub it off : use the scrub to clean your death skin , it is better if you steam it first(go to sauna)
to make the death skin softer, so it can be easily to scrub
*use the milk :mix the 10TBS milk with 5TBS water,then pour it on your body,then wait until it dry,then wash it you can also change that with fruit,like tomatoes,avocado,or yogurt
3.very soft skin :
IT IS VERY SENSITIVE PART,
ex : you eyelid RULES
1.you MUSN'T rub it
2.if you want to adsorb the oil on your eyelid,push it softly.
3.clean your eyeshadow with makeup remover,don't rub it!!!
